W 2022 roku mija 100 lat od powstania obserwatorium astronomicznego na Lubomirze. Dla upamiętnienia tej rocznicy Klub Krótkofalowców Doliny Raby SP9KDR przygotował okolicznościowy dyplom. Regulamin akcji dyplomowej z okazji 100-lecia obserwatorium astronomicznego na Lubomirze

1. Cel: upamiętnienie setnej rocznicy powstania obserwatorium astronomicznego Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego na Lubomirze w Beskidzie Wyspowym (obecnie: Obserwatorium Astronomiczne im. Tadeusza Banachiewicza)
2. Organizator: Klub Krótkofalowców Doliny Raby SP9KDR
3. Czas trwania akcji dyplomowej: od 17 września do 31 grudnia 2022 r.
4. Uczestnicy: nadawcy indywidualni, stacje klubowe i nasłuchowcy
5. Pasma i emisje: łączności w ramach akcji dyplomowej odbywać się mogą na wszystkich pasmach dostępnych dla krótkofalowców wg obowiązującego bandplanu, dowolną emisją, tylko w komunikacji bezpośredniej – z wyłączeniem przemienników.
6. Punktacja: do uzyskania dyplomu niezbędne jest zgromadzenie co najmniej 100 punktów. Punkty można uzyskać za łączności ze stacją okolicznościową HF100L i ze stacją klubową Organizatora SP9KDR. Od każdej z tych stacji można otrzymać punkty tylko raz dziennie. Ilość punktów za pojedynczą łączność zależna jest od daty tej łączności, w sposób przedstawiony w tabeli punktacji dołączonej do regulaminu.
7. Logi stacji okolicznościowej HF100L i stacji klubowej SP9KDR będą wykorzystane do sprawdzenia czy stacja ubiegająca się o dyplom spełniła wymagane warunki. Do uzyskania dyplomu przez nadawcę nie będzie potrzebne przesłanie logu.
8. Dyplom jest bezpłatny
9. Dyplom w formacie PDF będzie dostępny na stronie klubu SP9KDR po wprowadzeniu znaku stacji, która zgromadziła wymaganą ilość punktów. Strona umożliwiająca pobranie dyplomu zostanie uruchomiona w październiku 2022 i będzie czynna do 30 czerwca 2023 r.
10. Dyplomy dla nasłuchowców: dyplom zostanie wygenerowany po przesłaniu pocztą elektroniczną na adres Organizatora (sp9kdr@sp9kdr.org.pl) wyciągu z logu potwierdzającego nasłuch punktowanych łączności, według punktacji podanej w paragrafie 6. niniejszego regulaminu. Dyplom zostanie odesłany tą samą drogą.
11. Zgłoszenia będą przyjmowane od 1 października 2022 do 30 czerwca 2023 r.
12. Ostateczna interpretacja regulaminu należy do Organizatora. Osoby odpowiedzialne za postanowienia regulaminu i rozstrzygnięcie spraw spornych: Tadeusz SP9BSR, Krzysztof SP9NSU, Marcin SQ9OZM

In 2022, a hundred year will pass since Astronomical Observatory of the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Astronomy was established on Lubomir, a mountain in Beskid Wyspowy range, about 30 km south of Kraków, Poland. To commemorate this anniversary, the Raba Valley Amateur Radio Club SP9KDR has prepared a special award. We invite you to make contacts with the HF100L special event station and with our club station SP9KDR in order to obtain this award.

Rules of the radio amateur award commemorating the 100th anniversary of the astronomical observatory on Lubomir

1. Goal: commemorating the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Astronomical Observatory of the Jagiellonian University in Lubomir in Beskid Wyspowy (currently: Tadeusz Banachiewicz Astronomical Observatory)
2. Organizer: Raba Valley Amateur Radio Club SP9KDR
3. Timeframe of the award (scoring period): from September 17 to December 31, 2022.
4. Participants: individual broadcasters, club stations and listeners
5. Bands and emissions: contacts for the award points may take place on all bands available to amateurs according to the applicable bandplan, using any emission, only in direct communication – excluding repeaters.
6. Scoring: to obtain the award, it is necessary to accumulate at least 100 points. Points can be obtained for contacts with the HF100L special event station and the Organizer’s club station SP9KDR. You can only earn points once a day from each of these stations. The number of points for a single contact depends on the date of the contact, as shown in the scoring table attached to the regulations.
7. Logs of the HF100L special event station and the SP9KDR club station will be used to check whether the station applying for the award has gained enough points. Participants will not need to submit their log to the Organizer to obtain the award.
8. The award certificate is free of charge
9. The award certificate in PDF format will be available on the website of the SP9KDR club (sp9kdr.org.pl) after entering callsign of the station that has collected the required number of points. The website to download the certificate will be launched in October 2022 and will be open until June 30, 2023.
10. Awards for SWL stations: the certificate will be generated after sending by e-mail to the Organizer’s address (sp9kdr@sp9kdr.org.pl) an excerpt from the SWL log confirming listening to scored QSOs, according to the score requirement given in paragraph 6 of these regulations. The award certificate will be sent back the same way (E-mail).
11. Applications for the award will be accepted from October 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
12. The final interpretation of the regulations belongs to the Organizer. Operators responsible for the provisions of the regulations and settlement of disputes: Tadeusz SP9BSR, Krzysztof SP9NSU, Marcin SQ9OZM.
    

Obie stacje będą nadal aktywne w eterze, rozdając punkty do dyplomu przez kolejne trzy miesiące, do końca 2022 roku.
